Aditya Seth | | I need an assistant to work with me on the Delhi Ibsen Festival in December 2009. The work starts now. The person would be required to work half a day in my office, and the other part of the day doing production work as and when required. For the time being we will work 5 days a week. When we have important meetings we would be required to work every day, but this would not be more than once a month. Extra time would be compensated by extra leave or financially.
From the end of November 15 until December 15, it would be very busy, and between December 2 - 14, we would work late, everyday.
The payment now till November 15, would be @ Rs. 16000/- per month.
From November 15 - December 15, the payment would be Rs. 21,000/- + meal allowance and late night/early morning transport allowances, as per actuals when applicable.
In November I will need about 10 assistants from November 25 - December 15. The payment for the assistants will be Rs. 600/- per day, and there will be long hours of work. Meal allowance and late night/early morning transport allowances, as per actuals when applicable.
